Shopping with EVcart Australia

These terms apply to purchases made through this website. Contact us at hello@evcart.com.au with any questions. Read these terms together with our shipping, returns and privacy policies.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Standard shipping is A$9.95 per order including GST, with the total displayed before payment. Stripe processes payments. Do not place an order if you are not authorised to use the selected payment method. We do not add undisclosed charges after you pay.

Orders and availability

Check your product options, quantity, email and delivery details before submitting an order. A payment confirmation records payment; fulfilment remains subject to actual availability. If an item cannot be supplied or a genuine listing error affects an order, we will contact you and offer an agreed resolution or refund rather than substitute a product or change the price without your agreement.

Products are not reserved merely by adding them to a cart. Catalogue availability is a snapshot, not a stock reservation. A cancellation or error correction by us does not remove rights or remedies you have under law.

Product descriptions and vehicle fitment

Read the product description, listed vehicle years and exclusions and select the correct option. A make/model collection is a browsing aid, not confirmation that every item suits every year or trim. Contact us before ordering if uncertain. Images are illustrative and display colours may differ. These qualifications do not excuse supplying goods that do not match their description or agreed advice.

Chargers and installation

Charger prices are for the listed hardware; installation is not included unless expressly stated. Confirm the connector, electrical supply and installation requirements for your vehicle and property. Hardwired installation must be performed by a suitably licensed electrician. Follow manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.

Delivery, returns and consumer guarantees

The delivery arrangements and return process are explained in our shipping and returns policies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. A manufacturer’s warranty is additional to, not a replacement for, those rights.

Website use and content

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access other customers’ information, disrupt the service, submit fraudulent orders or introduce malicious software. Website content and branding belong to EVcart Australia or the relevant rights holders. You may use product information for personal shopping purposes; other uses require appropriate permission.

Liability and disputes

Our responsibility for goods and services is subject to Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws. No statement in these terms removes liability or limits compensation that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access.

If you have a dispute, contact hello@evcart.com.au so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not prevent you from seeking help from a consumer regulator or using any court or tribunal available to you. Australian law applicable to your transaction governs these terms; no exclusive forum is imposed to remove your consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms presented when you placed an order apply to that order, subject to applicable law. Updates do not retrospectively remove your rights.
