BYD Sealion 8 Retractable Cargo Cover & Boot Privacy Blind – Custom Fit (2026-Present)

MOST AUS SEALION 8s HAVE THIS, PLEASE CHECK TO SEE IF YOU HAVE IT BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE

Every time you park and walk away, whatever's in the boot is on display to anyone walking past. Bags, gear, groceries, valuables — all visible through the rear window. It's not just untidy, it's an open invitation. And without a cargo cover, every bump in the road sends your boot contents sliding around and rattling the whole trip.

This retractable cargo cover is custom designed for the BYD Sealion 8 and solves both problems in one go. Pull it across and everything in the boot disappears from view instantly — no more worrying about what's visible when you're parked. The snug fit between the panels keeps your belongings secure and stops them shifting in transit, and the whole thing retracts neatly out of the way when you need full boot access.

As an added bonus, the cargo blind also shields your groceries and any heat or UV sensitive items from the sun — a genuinely useful feature for the Australian climate.

Built from high-quality aluminium alloy and durable canvas fabric with a reinforced structure, it's built to last and easy to wipe clean. The direct snap-on installation means no tools, no drilling — it goes in like a curtain and stays put. As a bonus, covering the boot helps reduce noise from cargo rattling while driving and minimises the cooling space the air con has to manage, which is a genuine efficiency win in an EV.
